Many of our merchandise items may be produced or prepared after an order is placed. Please review the following information before ordering.

 

Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Many orders may arrive sooner. The two-week timeframe allows for order processing, production, packaging, and carrier delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping notification.

 

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your information carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

 

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to carrier issues, severe weather, holidays, high order volume, production delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact Customer Support and we will help investigate the shipment when possible.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during shipping, contact us with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged merchandise, photographs of the product and packaging may be requested so we can evaluate the issue.

 

Digital & Creative Services

Custom entrance videos, video editing, graphics, merchandise designs, and other digital creative services do not require physical shipping.

Delivery methods and turnaround times for creative projects will be communicated separately based on the individual project.
